Linyanti & Okavango Delta Group Safari
with Wilderness Safaris
7 day / 6 night tour from $6,525
6 night Botswana safari in two of the best areas for wildlife. Your group will have sole use of Linyanti Tented Camp for the 3 nights. The Linyanti is well known for its big game, especially elephant, buffalo, and hippo along with a variety of plains game and predators. An additional 3 nights in the Okavango Delta at Seba Camp is a must. There you will still have fantastic game viewing in addition to water activities such as a mokoro or boat outings.
Itinerary
Fly in from Johannesburg for 3 nights in the Linyanti Concession. The Kwando-Linyanti river system is home to a series of private game reserves, known for their exotic animal species and luxury safari options. An abundance of wildlife roams freely between the woodland habitats, ancient floodplains and forests that make up these lush, unfenced reserves.

The big game in this area increases dramatically during the dry season when the area hosts large herds of impala, blue wildebeest, giraffe and buffalo as well as the world’s highest density of elephant. Several packs of wild dog are found in the area and lion, leopard and cheetah are frequently sighted. Night drives allow for the discovery of nocturnal creatures such as civets, genets, honey badgers and spring hares. This vast, untamed wilderness is the perfect location for those seeking a unique African adventure in an exclusive and remote big game habitat.

Note from Bert :
We fell in love with this beautiful, friendly place and its people on a recent visit and urge everyone we see to include it in their next Botswana trip. Very close to Abu in the western part of the Okavango Delta, Seba is a reliable summer camp for game-viewing and there's access to water for mokoro outings and boating + fishing even when the water in the Delta is at its lowest point. The rooms are exceptionally good and we enjoyed the guiding and the overall experience at Seba as much as any camp we've ever visited in Botswana. Seba has very few other vehicles around with just one other camp in the area. The habitat is typical Okavango Delta mosaic and it is picture-pretty.
